Clean Teeth Tartar in This Way

Necessary things:

  • Toothbrush
  • Dental pick
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Hydrogen peroxide
  • Baking soda
  • Antiseptic mouthwash
  • Cup

Baking soda is the most efficient and popular tool for removing plaque accumulation.

  • Step One

Make a mixture of ½ a teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Next, use warm water to wash the toothbrush and put it the toothbrush in the paste. Next, carefully brush the teeth. It shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes.
