Eating Routine for 13 Days!

Day 1

Day 3
  • Breakfast: toast and the breakfast from the first day
  • Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 1 cut of ham and mix green as the day 1
  • Dinner: 1 natural product, 1 boiled celery and 1 tomato
Day 4
  • Breakfast: one toast and the same as day 1
  • Lunch: freshly squeezed apple or orange juice and 1 yogurt
  • Dinner: 1 big carrot, 1 boiled egg and 200 gr. of curds
Day 5
  • Breakfast: 1 big carrot and lemon juice
  • Lunch: 200 gr. salmon or trout with lemon singed or 1 tablespoon of liquefied spread
  • Dinner: 200 gr. of crude celery and mixed greens
Day 6
  • Breakfast: one toast and the same as day 1
  • Lunch: 2 eggs and 1 big carrot
  • Dinner: 250 gr. of barbecued or cooked chicken, mixed greens and spinach portion with lemon and olive oil
Day 7
  • Breakfast: tea without sugar
  • Lunch: just water, without any food
  • Dinner: 200 gr. of grilled sheep hack and 1 apple
Day 8
  • Breakfast: drink espresso with a sugar cube
  • Lunch: 200 gr. of cooked spinach, 2 boiled eggs and 1 tomato
  • Dinner: 300 gr. fat-free steak and mixed greens with olive oil and lemon
Day 9
  • Breakfast: espresso with a sugar cube
  • Lunch: 1 cut of ham and 1 yogurt
  • Dinner: repeat the dinner of the first day
Day 10
  • Breakfast: 1 toast and the breakfast of the first day
  • Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, green veggies and 1 piece of ham
  • Dinner: 1 boiled celery, natural product and 1 tomato
Day 11
  • Breakfast: repeat the breakfast of the first day
  • Lunch: 1 yogurt and a juice from freshly squeezed apple or orange
  • Dinner: 2 container curds, 1 boiled egg and 1 big carrot
Day 12
  • Breakfast: 1 carrot sprinkled with lemon juice
  • Lunch: 100 gr. of salmon with dissolved spread and lemon
  • Dinner: repeat the dinner of the first day
Day 13
  • Breakfast: repeat the breakfast of the first day and include 1 toast
  • Lunch: 2 eggs and 1 big carrot sprinkled with lemon
  • Dinner: 250 gr. of flame broiled or cooked chicken and green veggies with olive oil and lemon
